Annual Playing Rights – Sales

Overview

If you are unable to play for a season, you may request to have your playing rights assigned to an Annual Player for that year.
This allows another individual to use your playing privileges while you remain a Member in good standing.

How It Works

  1. Submit an Application
    • Complete the Annual Playing Rights Application each year.
  2. Optional – Propose an Annual Player
    • You may propose a qualified individual, or request assistance from the Club.
  3. Board & Management Review & Assignment
    • Applications are reviewed and Annual Players are assigned based on:
      • Approved proposed Annual Players
      • Approved waivers
  4. Order of application receipt
    • Confirmation & Fees
    • You will be notified of the outcome and invoiced accordingly.

Important Points

  • Applications must be submitted by December 15
  • Applications must be complete to be considered
  • The Club does not guarantee that an Annual Player will be secured
  • If no Annual Player is assigned by January 31, the Annual Use Fee becomes payable
  • All Members must continue to pay annual Club dues ($30)

Waivers

  • Members experiencing temporary circumstances (e.g., medical or employment-related) may request a waiver of the Annual Player Application Fee.
  • Supporting documentation is required and all requests are reviewed by the Board.
