Co-Ownership Agreement Documents

To help members better understand how the Club is structured, we’ve provided the key documents that relate to the co-ownership of Elbow Springs Golf Club lands.

A Quick Overview

• 1990 Co-Ownership Agreement
  This is the original agreement that established how the Club and the Limited Partnership work together and included other documents such as the By-Laws and schedules.
• 1996 COA Amendment Documents
  In 1996, some updates were made to the original agreement through a letter and supporting schedules.
  A consolidated version was also prepared at that time to bring everything together into one document for easier reference.
• 2022 COA Amending Agreement
  More recently, in 2022, the co-owners signed an additional agreement to update and confirm certain aspects of the arrangement.
