Club Championships

The Club Championships are the premier competitive events at Elbow Springs Golf Club, bringing members together for a weekend of competition, camaraderie, and Club tradition.

The Championships are designed to be inclusive and competitive, with multiple flights and divisions to ensure members of all skill levels have the opportunity to participate.

Event Format

• Championship Flight (Men’s): 54-hole stroke play (3 rounds)
• All Other Flights & Divisions: 36-hole stroke play (2 rounds)
• Format: Gross and/or net competition depending on flight

The Championships are typically held over a three-day weekend in August.

Flights & Divisions

The event includes a range of flights and divisions, which may include:

• Championship Flight
• Men’s Flights (A, B, etc.)
• Senior and Super Senior Divisions
• Ladies’ Division
• Junior Division (where applicable)

Flights are determined based on handicap and participation levels.

Eligibility

• Open to all eligible members of the Club
• A valid handicap is required
• Participants must be in good standing

• A well-organized tournament experience
• Competitive play across all levels
• Recognition of Club Champions and flight winners
• A strong focus on pace of play and sportsmanship

Registration

Registration opens in advance of the event and typically closes approximately 10 days prior to the Championship weekend.

Members are encouraged to register early, as flights may be limited.
